After much debate and debacle, Chris decided on the Flourless Chocolate Cake with Espresso Glaze. It was delicious! I would say that it took me about 30 minutes to prep and 40 minutes to bake. You must make the espresso glaze for it to be delicious otherwise I think it might taste a little dry.
